Jose’s previous career entailed wearing many hats; he was a Business System Analyst, Workshop Facilitator, Project Lead, & Information Engineer; a technical business liaison across many business silos, which utilized industry unique I.T. architectures for enterprise support.

Among the many business silos Jose had a role in; foremost was the U.S. Army Computer Systems Command (U.S.C.S.C.); where he assisted in post Vietnam modernization of systems used to ship, manage, and track supplies. Tisch Conglomerate; where, Jose was as a programmer/analyst; there, he supported Loews Theaters & Hotels, Lorillard Tobacco, Bulova Watch, and CNA Insurance companies. He played a role in automating Newsweek’s paper and ink management from dependency on manual data transfers.  A role in Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield implementing a Second Surgical Opinion system across the East Coast. Supported the U.S. Department of Agriculture’s (U.S.D.A.’s) Grain Management Inventory System. Went on to lead multiple support teams and the re-engineering study of the Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (FCIC); a wholly own subsidiary of the U.S.D.A.. Led and facilitated the re-engineering of American Trust Administrators (A.T.A.). With other I.T. roles at Sprint Local, Sprint PCS, Sprint Corp., Sprint-Nextel, AT&T Global, Federal Deposit Resources (F.D.R.), and H&R Block.

José made, along the way, efforts to use his I.T. skills, as an independent entrepreneur; first as a minor consulting service, with clients such as Koch Industries and Bayer Pharmaceuticals, and as an early sub-contractor to Capgemini.  Second effort as a software system company, a startup, seeking to offer a cloud based ‘medical practice management’ system, before anyone understood ‘what one was’, with established locations in Kerala, India and Overland Park, KS.  Lastly, and effort, as a brick and mortar business, extending computer repair and support services to residential homes and small businesses.  None of these reached any level of measurable success.

Currently; José is semi-retired from both military and civilian service; he’s now, a Day/Swing Trader, blogger, of technical & fundamental analysis, stock & related News topics. His posts are not intended as advice.

Jose welcomes relevant Day and Swing Trading brainstorming, feedback, and exchanges.[/vc_column_text][vc_single_image image=”229″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row]
